We never stickied this anywhere, since we had several threads about it a couple months back... I've noticed lately that it has been slipping a bit, so here we go... please review...
1. Avatars and signature pics need to be work and family safe. No drug related references, no scantily clad females, nothing intended to offend racial groups, etc... if you need to even think whether it is acceptable or not, chances are it's not. If you have any questions about one, PM one of the admins...
2. Any thread that has a not work/family safe picture in it needs to be tagged NWS/NSFW in the title. If it's a link, it doesn't need to be tagged in the thread title, but you should have it labeled in the post above the link.
3. If you are just posting pictures of scantily clad women, keep them to the "hot chick post whore" thread... don't want the stuff all over the site.

Infraction System in Effect |

Here are the details of the new Infraction system we are trying out on OldsPower. This feature was added with the upgrade to VB 3.6.x a couple weeks ago.
Here is the current Infraction list we have in place:
Infraction - Points - Duration
- Excessive Inappropriate Language - 6 - 30 Days
- Trolling (intentionally starting an argument with another user) - 9 - 30 Days
- Spamming (pointless posting) - 9 - 30 Days
- Bumped an old thread unnecessarily - 6 - 30 Days
- Posted ebay link in For Sale section - 10 - 30 Days
- Personal insults against another user (blatent flaming) - 12 - 30 Days
- Posted advertising messages without approval - 21 - 60 Days
- Spammed advertisements (suspected spam-bot) - 30 - Never
- Posted pornography or nudity - 30 - 5 Days

Whenever I pull up Oldspower.com on my browser, I set it up so I'm not logged in. I noticed as of today that if I'm not logged in I can't see the classified section of this site. Anyone else have this problem or is it just me? The classifieds are pretty much the only thing I look at.
If this was changed, can anyone tell me why? Just curious.
