Please read and agree before creating your account. This is NOT the newsgroups, hence there are some basic rules. Newsgroups are filled with spam, swearing, pornography and warez. Go there if thats what you want. Its not welcome here.

We will NEVER sell or give your email to anyone, Your password is emailed to you, so placing a fake email will do you no good. If you have nothing to hide, this isnt a problem. HOwever, we at this Board also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you. This would be the ONLY situation that we would give out your details.

Private IP logging is in effect here and your account will be terminated and your IP or whole domain banned from using the Board if you violate the rules.

We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of OldsPower.com, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email.

Although this Board does not and cannot review all the messages posted and is not responsible for the content of any of these messages, we at this Board reserve the right to delete any message for ANY or NO reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless oldspower.com (Brian Torelli), Jelsoft Enterprises Limited (the makers of the bulletin board software), and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this Board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this Board. You agree not to swear, post pornography, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations.

Any and all sales done in the Classified section of the Board are done so at your OWN RISK. We are not responsible for any part of the sale. The transaction is done solely between you and the other party. You cannot hold OldsPower.com (Brian Torelli) responsible for any bad sales.

The following rules apply to the Gallery:

1. You must be a registered member of the message board. Registration is free and all that is required is a valid email address.
2. You are limited to uploading a maximum of 2MB (two megabytes).
3. No inappropriate pictures will be tolerated! If you use this service to upload pornography or other inappropriate material, your account will be immediately deleted and you will be permanately banned from accessing www.oldspower.com ever again.
4. JPEG (.jpg) files are the only format supported. If you need to shrink a picture or convert it to jpeg, download Paint Shop Pro from www.download.com or some other free graphics program. Microsoft Office comes with a program called Photo Editor which may already be installed on your computer.
5. I will not accept pictures via email. Use the upload feature in the gallery. I will not crop or resize pictures you send me either. As much as I'd like to help, I do not have the time.
6. If you have problems uploading or other problems with the gallery or you discover someone abusing the service, please email me at brian@oldspower.com
7. All picture's submitted to the gallery are the property of the picture's owner and may not be copied or used for commercial use without prior consent by the owner.
